Blàzquez

Blàzquez
Jamones Blázquez was founded in 1932 in Crespos, Salamanca, where the Blázquez family has preserved the art of Iberico ham for four generations. Their tradition is rooted in a production cycle controlled at every stage: raising Iberian pigs in the dehesas, artisanal processing, and slow natural curing that follows the rhythm of the Spanish climate.
This philosophy of care and respect creates hams with a rich and unmistakable aromatic profile. Today, Blázquez is present in major gastronomic markets around the world, yet remains faithful to its origins: producing exceptional Iberico while honoring a cultural heritage that represents one of the highest expressions of Spanish gastronomy.
