Founded in 2009 in the province of Segovia, El Cochinillo Segoviano S.L. began its activity as a small suckling pig producer, with only 156 sows. 
After a challenging start and a necessary restructuring, the company transformed into a direct distributor while firmly maintaining its roots in livestock farming.

Today, it directly manages farms and processing facilities in the rural areas of the Segovia province, producing both white piglets and those certified with the Segovia Quality Mark.
