Madama Oliva

Madama Oliva
Madama Oliva was born from a family tradition dating back to the 1920s in Castel Madama, when the first small shops dried olives in household fireplaces and transported them to Rome by cart. From these roots, the Mancini family transformed artisanal knowledge into a modern company capable of blending innovation with respect for local varieties.
Since 1989, Madama Oliva has specialized in table olives, bringing a wide selection of natural and seasoned cultivars to the world. From its leadership position in Italy to its expansion into the United States and Japan, the company has continuously innovated products and processes, eventually becoming a Benefit Corporation and an international benchmark in the sector.
