Entrepeñas

Entrepeñas was founded in 1948 in Geras de Gordón, in the province of León, from the experience and tradition of the Ordóñez family. Over the generations, the company has preserved the authentic methods of producing traditional cured meats, combining craftsmanship with modern quality standards.

Located at 1,200 metres above sea level, in the heart of the Alto Bernesga Biosphere Reserve, Entrepeñas benefits from the mountain climate and pure air, ideal conditions for slow and natural curing. Its specialties, including Cecina de León I.G.P. and Chorizo de León, are authentic expressions of the gastronomic heritage of León.
